Who we are looking for:
  • A highly motivated, disciplined media sales professional with a proven track record of hitting quota
  • A great communicator. Professional, and engaging in person, on video, on calls and in your ability to write compelling emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Passionate about using your well-defined sales skills and instincts to find new and develop new business opportunities, wherever they may lie.
  • 5 + years in sales, preferably in media sales, and ideally in healthcare media sales
  • Experience being part of a close-knit team working toward a common objective
  • Prior experience selling into digital agencies and/or brand direct clients interested in digital display advertising and custom digital solutions (healthcare/pharma a plus)
  • Strong understanding of media buying terminology such as: CPM, CPUV, SOV, CPA, Standard IAB banner sizes, geotargeting, native, video, viewability, etc.

What you will be doing:
  • Developing new business through strategic outbound sales development efforts, scheduling and performing client presentations, and negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Using your ingenuity and a suite of internal resources to find new opportunities, wherever they may be hiding.
  • Leading by example; effectively utilizing Salesforce CRM and other productivity tools to keep accurate and up to date records of all sales and prospecting activities, client meetings, sales calls, presentations, proposals, and related sales activities
  • Working closely with supporting eHS departments, professionally, contributing a positive work culture
  • Always representing the eHS brand with the utmost professionalism
  • Reporting directly to the EVP, Sales
